Ketan is an experienced Human Resource Business Partner with over 19 years of experience in recruitment, design thinking, strategic alliances and entrepreneurship. He has successfully created viable businesses in IT/ITE’s that flourish  to date.

Ketan has in-depth experience as an Entrepreneur, and he makes business alignment a regularly developed skill. In almost every position he has held, he has expanded the company’s client network and substantially increased revenue. He attributes his success to hard work, ethics, a singular focus on revenue growth, and a strategic look to the future.

In 2010, he co-founded Career At Top Consultancy Services, which has expanded to 10 employees. As Principal Consultant at Career At Top, he has helped small staffing companies grow their business; partnered with startups to streamline their HR processes; and worked in partnership with a startup incubator, raising funds for small-scale companies.

Ketan has presented as a TEDx Speaker on “Design for Disability," and spoken for the Accessibility India campaign. He is an official Industrial Partner (IP) to Skill Council Persons with Disabilities (SCPwD) INDIA and global official supporter to SCPwD.  Among his many other achievements, he was awarded for outstanding achievements as a role model & inspiration by United Nations Academic Impact & Pune University. He is currently in the process of designing and building an app on open source technology to offer job candidates one stop to access suitable job openings.
