Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Program Lead
Stephanie is a fearless Diversity and Inclusion leader with over 20 years of software experience. She motivates employees to become more inclusive through awareness, vulnerability and accountability. Her Diversity and Inclusion journey began in 2011 when she became the GIRLsmarts4tech Grade 7 sponsor with over 1500 girls going through the 1-day program focused on technology. Within the Global Diversity and Inclusion Office she is responsible for strategic projects such as the Activating Men for Parity Program (AMP), driving the diversity and inclusion training and the execution of the Global EDGE certification where SAP became the first multinational technology company to receive this certification. She is obsessed with inclusive teams, mentorship, inspiring girls to explore technology and chocolate chip cookies.
