Hamlin is a diversity and inclusion strategist with nearly two decades of experience working with leaders, individuals, teams and organizations to meet the challenges and reap the rewards of a culturally diverse environment.

As principal consultant and president of DiversiPro, a consulting firm based in Toronto, Hamlin has been engaged by corporations, not-for-profit agencies and governments in Canada, the US, and Europe. 

Hamlin has extensive knowledge and experiences with issues such as social services, post-secondary education, the media, policing and criminal justice.

As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), he led a team that completed an exhaustive review of intercultural competence within the Toronto Police Services.  As a certified Associate of Emergenetics™, Hamlin believes, cognitive diversity - how individuals process new information and engage with others –must also be considered when building and leading effective teams.

Hamlin believes a deeper understanding of how culture affects human interactions is a vitally important in today’s fast-paced diverse world.
