From "Doing Diversity" to "Being Inclusive": Leading and Living in Uncertain Times

We are living in interesting times. On any given day, we can be left feeling energized or exhausted; empowered or limited; hopeful or discouraged. Our world is changing, and we are all feeling the effects of it.

"Doing diversity" has become a necessity for navigating the global business landscape... but what does that really mean?

Today, more and more leadership research is focused around areas like authenticity, mindfulness, and vulnerability. There is a growing understanding of the need to connect with each other and differing perspectives in more meaningful ways.

Rather than "doing diversity," it is necessary for us to shift to "being inclusive."
